Mrs Keep
Our aim is to learn in a happy and safe atmosphere, in which we are all valued for the contribution we make. We work independently and collaboratively to develop the skills required for lifelong learning.
By reflecting on our own work we become more aware of what we need to learn or practise next and this helps us set individual learning targets in English and Maths. This term our whole class learning targets have been to improve our presentation and handwriting.
As well as our whole school reward systems (e.g. house points, certificates etc.) we have our own reward systems in place. Groups can work towards collecting ‘dinosaur’ points. The aim is to encourage us to work as a team, showing responsibility for the group. At the end of the week the winning group is able to choose a treat from the Bocs Hapus. Children can also recommend someone in the class for kindness, good manners etc. which is recorded in a special book and read out at the end of the week.
PE days are on a Monday and a Wednesday.
Mrs. Keep’s PPA day is a Wednesday when we are taught by Mrs Powell for half a day.
This term we have enjoyed:
